Chromatographieharz ist eine wichtige Komponente in der Chromatographie, einer Methode zur Trennung und Analyse komplexer Gemische. Harze wie C18, C8 und Kieselgel werden als station\u00e4re Phasen in verschiedenen Formen der Chromatographie, einschlie\u00dflich Fl\u00fcssig- und Gaschromatographie, verwendet.<\/p>\n

C18-Harz, auch bekannt als Octadecylsilan, ist stark hydrophob und wird \u00fcblicherweise in der Umkehrphasenchromatographie zur Trennung unpolarer Verbindungen verwendet.
